In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to provide true accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form or similar query. - Artwork – Artwork Guidelines
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK format. Labels China is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Labels China is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. - Order Approval
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Labels China is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling Errors, Punctuation Errors, Grammar Errors, Graphics Orientation or Placement, Incorrect Fonts Usage, Wrong Die cuts or slits, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size. - Order Cancellation
Once Seller has either accepted a Purchase Order or begun activities to satisfy a Purchase Order, the Purchase Order cannot be canceled, terminated, or modified by Purchaser in whole or part except with Seller’s consent in writing and then only upon terms and conditions to be agreed upon. - Delivery
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. - Warranty
We warrants that the goods sold are of merchantable quality at the time they are delivered, and are manufactured in conformance with the buyer’s specifications, drawings or other description. - Returns
For printing color there is a 10% allowance on colour variation, as well as 3% allowance on quantities due to errors in any production process. This will not deem as grounds for requesting for a reprint. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. Note for reprints, no changes on reprint item, Labels China will bear all the cost. Customer must notify Labels China within 5 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. - Samples
We may use your product for samples or advertising purposes, unless notified in writing of its inability to do so. Any usage of the product for samples or advertising purposes prior to the receipt of the written notice will be deemed as acceptable. - Copyrights and Trademarks
The customer warrants that are have the right to produce the subject matter to be printed, duplicated or distributed. If the subject matter is copyrighted, the customer warrants that it owns the copyright or has express permission of the owner to reproduce the copyrighted subject matter, and that it has not removed any copyright notice from any material to be reproduced without written permission. You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via Labels China. - Taxes
All taxes, duties shall be paid by Buyer.
